Awakened by the end of the world
Lightning strikes. House shakes. Thunder rolls.
Repeat.
Again.
And then some more but without the house shaking.
Works much better than an alarm clock at getting me out of bed.
We're back in the 60s again till the weekend. No rain. At least not yet. I'm not sure if we're supposed to have any. I haven't caught the weather in a long time.

Sounds wicked!
I heard there were some tornadoes heading through Texas yesterday - am assuming they weren't in your neighborhood?
Oh, it was wicked. The crack of doom part of the storm lasted maybe 10 minutes all together. I'm surprised we didn't lose electrical power during it.
But no, the tornado warnings were north of me. We just had lighnting strikes that could make a brick house on a slab foundation vibrate.
Ah - Typical East Texas thunderstorm.
So did anything blow up in Houston?????? - Nothing catch on Fire?????
Hey guess what - I am getting rain right now - Wow. It's also suppose to be in the 60's and 70's.
Freaky Weather for us.
