Scientists have pinpointed a unlikely potential weapon in the war against obesity - seaweed.
They found rats given fucoxanthin - a pigment in brown kelp - lost up to 10% of their body weight, mainly from around the gut.
Everyone seems to be jumping on the blog bandwagon so I thought I'd give it a go as well. Haven't really got a clue what I'm going to talk about, but that's never really stopped me from saying something, so . . .

So where do I get this foul sounding stuff and if I take two will I lose 20% of my body fat - weight - whatever
Don't know but I don't think taking two ups the percentages.
