Baby, it's cold outside!
20 mile an hour winds. Feels like temperature of 30F (-1C). Layers of clouds moving in different directions.

It certainly does sound like it - hope your (and our) winter is a short one.
Am already looking forward to Winter Solstice; the days have gotten awfully short lately ;-)
I drive home from work in the dark and it won't be too much longer until I start my drive to work in the dark as well.
Today, temperatures are moderate. Barely sweater weather.
