Everyone seems to be jumping on the blog bandwagon so I thought I'd give it a go as well. Haven't really got a clue what I'm going to talk about, but that's never really stopped me from saying something, so . . .
Ides \YDZ\, plural noun:In the ancient Roman calendar the fifteenth day of March, May, July, and October, and the thirteenth day of the other months.Ides comes from Latin idus, probably from an Etruscan word meaning "division" of a month.
